PRICING
All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at our discretion. All prices are quoted in AUS dollars ($). We reserve the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, hacking, incorrect pricing provided by manufacturer, translation errors etc. Prices are not negotiable and do not include postage and handling. Postage and handling costs will be calculated when completing the order.

SHIPPING

Tangible Goods

We can send your order anywhere within Australia that Australia Post delivers to. We do not offer overseas shipping unless an express agreement has been made via email between you and us that we agree to ship to an address outside Australia. All our tangible items are shipped in bubble wrap or bubble wrap envelops. We ship all tangible items via Australia Post regular post unless otherwise agreed upon prior to shipping.  Other types of shipping can cost extra. This usually takes between 1 to 5 working days depending on the delivery service in the destination area.

We normally ship our products within three business days unless there is an unavoidable reason for not doing so. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. We are also not responsible if an updated address is provided to us after we have already shipped the order. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

Intangible Goods

Such intangible goods include products that are sent via email. This includes all Psychic and Clairvoyant Readings. Such goods are sent via email and can be sent to any email address worldwide, meaning that custom is not restricted to Australia. Customers from anywhere in the world can purchase intangible items/Readings. All shipping via email is free. We will honour all requests to resend a Reading via email if it has not been received or has been accidentally deleted.

You must request a Reading to be resent to your email address within 3 months of purchase as we do not normally keep Readings on file for longer than three months for Privacy reasons.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

PAYMENT
Payment options provided by askingangels.com include Visa, MasterCard, and other forms of payment accepted via Pay Pal.

RETURNS POLICY
Because tangible items are sent via Australia Post regular mail, we cannot be held responsible if an order is lost via transit from us to you. We do not offer Insurance. You may request the Registered Post and in most cases we will be able to agree to provide this. In fact, we encourage Registered Post be used for an extra small fee for larger orders. We normally have no problem sending via Registered Post. If a tangible item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, we will request a photo of the damage or fault to be emailed to contact@askingangels.com to prove the claim. If we can clearly see the fault or damage, we will refund the purchase price of the item in question. If you would prefer a replacement item be sent, we will try to do so, subject to availability

If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased by direct credit, the debited account shall be credited).

Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully. Exchanges will not be permitted

READINGS AND PSYCHIC SERVICES (Not currrently reading on this website)

All Readings and Psychic advice received and paid for on this site fall into the category of Entertainment Services. Readings and Psychic advice are provided for ‘guidance only’ with the understanding that they may or may not be accurate. No liability shall be placed on the reader or askingangels.com for any actions an individual undertakes after receiving a Psychic Reading. All actions and results pertaining to any individual who has received or read a reading are their sole responsibility. Psychic readings and the art of predicting the future do not fall into the category a science and are therefore offered as a form of Entertainment. Any action you take resulting from your Reading is at your own risk. For large undertakings, we advise the use of several different Clairvoyant Readers so that insight is obtained from several sources.

Under no circumstances can we provide readings on the subjects of:

Health - past, present or future, or any medical condition of any kind. Should you, someone you know or any animal need medical advice, please consult the appropriate medical professional.

Investment advice, stock market advice, share prices, company profits, sales of property or other large sales, gambling, lotto, any games of chance, or money making schemes of any description.

Career information on what career to follow. We will never advise on what job should or should not be taken or what future career avenues to pursue.

We reserve the right to refund the monies from any readings purchased that are seeking any of the above information. We also reserve the right to refuse to provide a reading on any other topic we deem unsuitable for any reason, resulting in a full refund of the purchase price. We reserve the right to refuse to provide readings to any person(s) where we find their behaviour and/or emails to be unsuitable, threatening or problematic for any reason. If we deem that readings provided by us are enabling any individual’s unhealthy addiction to receiving psychic advice, we reserve the right to cease immediately to provide readings to that individual and no longer deal with them.

We do not accept Reading requests other than those readings purchased from our online store. Any email sent to us requesting a reading that has not been purchased prior through the checkout system of our store does not constitute a purchase. Our readings are offered periodically. When readings are not available in our store, or are sold out, we are not obliged to offer reasons or explanations. We are not obliged to provide dates for restocking our store. We are not obliged to reply to repeated emails that continually request readings to be listed for sale.

All patrons of our Psychic Readings must be over the age of 18. By law we cannot provide this service if you are under this age. The purchase price of any reading will be immediately refunded if we discover or have reasonable suspicion that you are under 18 years of age.

Sending your Details

In order to read for you, we require in most circumstances your first name, date of birth and a clear description of what topic, situation or problem your reading is focused on. If the reading is on or about another person, we likewise require their name and date of birth (where known by you). If we do not have enough information provided and cannot receive from you the details we require, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and refund the purchase price. We can wait no longer than 7 days to receive such details; we cannot otherwise apportion our time chasing these where they are not given.

Content of Readings

The information provided in our readings is Channelled and/or obtained Clairvoyantly from your Spirit Guides. Spirit guides are your guides that exist on the spiritual plane. We cannot change or in any way alter a message we have received for you on behalf of Spirit. By buying a Reading in our store, you thereby agree to and understand that you are purchasing whatever message comes through to the reader at that time.

The purchase price of all readings covers the time and effort taken to bring through, type up, and deliver your message. We do not provide refunds on the basis of you not liking or otherwise disagreeing with the message from Spirit. We do not take responsibility in any way for a message that is not completely understood, although we will do our best to deliver clear messages at all times. Often the meaning of a reading becomes plainer as events unfold.

Where we sell a One Question or One Topic reading, we will refuse to read on any other question/topic other than the one you have paid for. We do not do extra free readings under any circumstance, so please pick your question/topic carefully. If the psychic has already completed and/or sent the reading, you may not then change the topic or question. If we are sent a list of more than one questions/topics for a One Question reading, we will choose the first topic or question listed. Where we feel pressured to provide extra readings, topics, questions, or extra volume above what was purchased, we reserve the right to ban that person from future readings on our website.

Accuracy

We do not claim accuracy for any or all parts of any reading given. We do not claim that clairvoyance is an exact science nor recognise it as such. We expect you to use your own intuition and good sense regarding any reading you receive.

No part of any of our readings involves phone calls. We will never call your number or text you, nor will we accept requests to call or text your number. All readings are via email. The length of each reading is outlined in our store before you purchase, and we will keep to this length. We can offer up to 1-2 follow up emails only, where needed by you to clarify any point of the reading. We do not offer additional reading in the follow up emails, they are for clarification and explanation only.
